The Gordienko family has operated the resort since 1975. They are integral to the development of VIVA Punta Leona, and are committed to maintaining a socially responsible community that fulfills the needs of entertainment and rest in a family ambiance.
Beach One Developments is a joint venture between Hal Wright and the Gordienko family. Hal’s company, Punta Dominical is the largest developer in Costa Rica's Southern Zone. He has years of expertise and experience in the creation of exceptional family-friendly properties and master-planned communities, including Punta Dominical.
Garcia Stromberg Architects is an award-winning, Florida-based –architectural firm with more than 20 years of proven experience in planning, architecture, and interior design. Working in collaboration with González Gordienko Arquitectos, a Costa Rican architecture firm, Stromberg contributes notable expertise in the creation of world-class resort properties.
The site and civil engineer for VIVA is GCI. They are responsible for infrastructure and helping landscape architect Eco Plan with top soil and elevation studies.
