The VIVA property management team will provide exceptional property management services to VIVA owners. Owners may also choose to have their condo in our rental program, where we work to obtain maximum rental revenue to qualified renters and provide them with quality service while visiting the resort. Through media, web-services, tourism and travel agencies, the Rental Management Division markets your Costa Rica home through exclusive and international channels. Establishing relationships throughout the tourism industry, our team will strive to make VIVA Punta Leona the most sought-after destination in the central Pacific.
This 30-year old resort spot is already established in many tourism channels as a favorite destination (Hotel Punta Leona is often booked to capacity) and many of the friendly staff have worked or visited the resort for many years bringing a rare level of commitment and a genuine passion to their jobs.
Owner’s can be assured that when not using their home, or when coming for a visit, our on-site staff is providing maintenance, gardening, landscaping, pool cleaning and security and private maid service should you desire. Our goal is to provide peace of mind and excellent service to our owners and visitor’s alike.
